NOTICE:
May 13, 2020 ‘Virtual’ Regular Port Commission Meeting
In response to the Governor’s Stay Home, Stay Healthy order, mandates and guidelines; the Port of Hoodsport is conducting it’s regular Port Commission meeting ‘virtually’ on May 13, 2020 at 9 a.m. in lieu of meeting at the Port of Hoodsport’s office.
**PLEASE NOTE: The Port is limited to “Necessary and Routine” and/or “Necessary and Routine in response to the COVID-19 outbreak” topics only. The Port will not accept verbal citizen comments during the regular port commission meetings of May 13, 2020 and future meetings as long as the Governor deems it necessary to operate under COVID-19 guidlilnes. Alternatively, during the regular order of business, those wishing to provide public comment will have the opportunity to deliver citizen comment via e-mail; all written comments received by e-mail to portmail@hctc.com will be distributed to the Commissioner and attached to the approved minutes.
If you’d like to participate in the Port Commission Meeting via Zoom, please e-mail portmail@hctc.com by 4:00 p.m. PST on Tuesday, May 12th. You will then be provided with a link or code to join the Zoom meeting. This process will be in place thru May 31, 2020 with potential for extension in regards future meetings.
