Commissioner O’Laughlin had several calls regarding why the Christmas Tree lighting ceremony was not an event this year. Discussion on the Port purchasing Commercial rental property continued and the conclusion was to find out what kinds of rents can be collected and a business plan be implemented prior to making any decisions on a purchase.

People are still using the Hoodsport Trail Park and it was determined to keep the park open unless there is a wind storm or snow storm for the public’s safety.
